We have been a tenant of Northbrook Executive Suites since the 1st of the year. We shopped around and found renting three suites more economical than renting a larger single space with less amenities. The space is exactly the image we want to project, upscale, convenient, and self contained.
The staff is professional and attentive, and always accessible. Because the design of the building is so unique and attractive, everybody I know is familiar with the address, and impressed.
It is unusual to rent from a landlord, who makes time to personally call on his tenants to insure continued satisfaction.

Just thought I’d drop you a note as I just signed and returned my lease renewal for next year. I did not hesitate a moment in signing up for another year. This has been a great place to work and do business. When I first moved in last January, I liked the facility but I had no idea that I would like it as much as I do. Compared to other “office suite” buildings this has them beat hands down. All offices have nice big windows giving even the smallest office a nice feel. The large common areas make it pleasant and give the building a very spacious feel. When I have clients or vendors in to see me, they always comment on what a great building it is. I have a lot of clients downtown so access to the METRA could not be more convenient.
The building services offer everything I need and the staff have always been more than responsive to my needs.

Just a short note to tell you how pleased I am with your executive office center since moving in this past April. I had previously officed for 13 years at another center also in Northbrook, and lived through five different owners in that period as well as corporate headquarters inflexibility.
Your office center offers many advantages. First and foremost, I was able to reduce my monthly rental expenditures by 40%. Additionally your center is brand new and modern (both inside and architecturally outside). Your onsite staff, Natasha and Stan could not be more accommodating and perky friendly. There is no “nickel and diming” with regard to use of your facsimile machine or local telephone usage. The office is centrally located in downtown Northbrook with easy access to restaurants and parking. Despite my office overlooking the train tracks, I never hear them going by. Your oversight and periodic luncheons are a testament to the first class operation you are running.
